RATES & INSURANCE 

Center for Cognitive Psychotherapy is currently accepting In Network, Out of Network and Fee for Service options. Please call your insurance carrier to verify your mental health coverage. 

SOME COMMON QUESTIONS TO ASK YOUR INSURANCE CARRIER:

• Does my plan cover mental health?
• Do I have a deductible and/or has it been met?
• Do I need approval from my primary carrier?
• Is there a limit to how many therapy sessions I can attend?
• How much does my insurance plan cover for a mental health therapy session?
• Does my plan cover for Out-of-Network services?
  

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

• Any payment or co-pay is due on the day of your session. 
• Credit Card, Cash or check are acceptable payment options.

CANCELLATION POLICIES:

• A 24 hour advanced notice is due upon any cancellation. It is recommended that you reschedule within the same week for optimal treatment and consistency.
• If you do not cancel 24 hours prior to your scheduled session you will be charged the FULL FEE of your session. Exception to this would be a documented emergency.
